In a sea of thousands of Realtors it can be challenging to stand out.

YOU know you are the most passionate, the most committed and the best choice for potential clients to work with, so how do you communicate all that inner knowing to the outside world?

It's called a Unique Value Proposition and in today's world of savvy clients having a UVP is not an option.

A Unique Value Proposition is the way in which your brand creates distinct value for potential customers. To get started in creating your UVP,  first answer these four simple questions:

  • What is the problem your product is fixing, or the gap in the market your brand will assume?
  • Who is your ideal client?
  • What can customers  expect from your product or service?
  • Why should customers purchase your product or service over a competitor’s?

The questions are simple, however I encourage you to "dig deep" on your answers. Write down everything that comes to mind and you can whittle them down to clear concise responses afterward.
